Who are the teachers?
Classes are taught by Lutheran pastors and others who are skilled in their area of instruction and eager to share with you their knowledge and love of the Lord.

Is there homework?

Assignments are based on subject matter and may include

  • Reading of scripture and text book
  • Oral presentation
  • Written presentation

  • Practical experience


What are the costs?

  • A one-time $25.00 application fee
  • $60.00 per course, 12 courses in the program.
  • Text book costs vary from class to class, but instructors are requested to keep cost around $20


What if I can’t afford the costs?
Recognizing that some people may experience serious financial limitations, or encounter difficulty after enrolling, financial aid is available upon request and review.  Aid may be awarded for tuition, books and/or retreats.



Are there other activities? 
Our annual retreat is held in October and is opened to students, graduates and faculty from all New Jersey locations. 
Day of Renewal is open to all.These activities include time for worship, discussion, reflection, and conversation.​​
 

 

When are the classes?

· This is a 12‑course study of 5 sessions each, from September through June

·  Classes are 3 hours in a small group setting

·  Each location may schedule the classes on different days of week.  Please contact them for more information  Click on the Sites tab for locations

·   The program can be completed in as little as two years, however students have taken several years to complete the series. 


Graduation

At the end of each academic year, a worship service of celebration is held to recognize all New Jersey students that  have completed the program .
